About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee our commercial and residential roofing projects. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
As a Site Manager at Perth Roofing Contractors, you’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and play a key role in our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations on commercial and residential roofing projects
Manage site teams and coordinate subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Monitor project timelines and budgets
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
Communicate with clients, architects, and project managers
Prepare site reports and documentation
Resolve on-site issues and coordinate problem-solving
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in roofing or construction management
Proven track record managing commercial or residential projects
Strong understanding of roofing systems and techniques
White Card and relevant safety certifications
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Valid driver's license
