Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial and residential roofing projects
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
Coordinate with clients, architects, and stakeholders
Lead project teams and subcontractors
Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
Prepare project documentation, reports, and schedules
Identify and mitigate project risks
Manage variations and contract administration
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in construction project management
Experience with roofing or building projects preferred
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related field
Strong understanding of construction processes and methodology
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software
Strong commercial and contract management skills
Valid driver's license
