About the Role
We’re looking for reliable Laborers to join our roofing team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for those wanting to start or build a career in the construction and roofing industry.
You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople, learning about roofing while providing essential support on our projects. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with opportunities for training and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with roofing installations and repairs
Load and unload materials and equipment
Prepare work sites and ensure cleanliness
Assist tradespeople with various tasks
Operate hand tools and basic power tools
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
Support team with general construction tasks
Requirements
White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
Construction experience preferred but not essential
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials
Willingness to work at heights
Reliable and punctual
Ability to follow instructions
Team player with good work ethic
Valid driver's license preferred
